Halloween Town is a district which appears yearly some time before October 31st and stays for around 2-3 weeks.
It is home to several prominent stores and sites.
If you exit the first store, you have direct access to Halloween square and from there to the Stores, the Graveyard and the Mansion. To access the Mansion and the Graveyard you need to send a certain number of votes.
During the Halloween 2013, Halloween Town was made available only for two days on October, 31 and November, 1. It stayed for a lot less than during the previous years.
